Zurich, April 30, 2026: ISS Switzerland is strengthening its commercial operations and consistently pursuing its growth path. Matthias Müller will assume the role of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) effective May 11, 2026, and join the Executive Board. He succeeds Giuseppe Cristofaro, who is leaving the company after approximately eight years.
The appointment of Matthias Müller (born 1974) is part of ISS Switzerland's growth strategy. The company continues to strengthen its position as a leading provider of comprehensive facility services and is increasingly focusing on the development of customer-centric solutions across the entire property lifecycle. Key growth drivers include the development of new markets and services, as well as the systematic anchoring of customer focus throughout the company, in order to sustainably strengthen customer loyalty.
With Matthias Müller, ISS Switzerland gains an experienced management figure with proven expertise in B2B services as well as in developing and managing high-performance sales organizations. In his previous roles at Schindler, AS Ascensori, and Siemens, he successfully implemented growth strategies, built customer relationships, and systematically aligned organizations toward performance and results.

To this end, he will further develop the sales organization, systematically exploit growth potential across sectors, regions, and with strategic customers, and ensure close integration between sales, key account management, marketing, and operations.
