The company was founded in 2012 under the name Easydiet, initially specializing in the distribution of home-delivered diet plans. The following year, it expanded into the catering and events sector, evolving and moving closer to the world of gastronomy.

In 2019, the Luini6 brand came to life in Lugano following the successful bid for the management of the dining area at the LAC. Located at Piazza Bernardino Luini 15, the bistro and restaurant represent a fusion of art and gastronomy, offering a refined yet accessible culinary experience.

With a strong focus on local sourcing and sustainability, Luini6 is committed to offering primarily locally sourced products, working with suppliers attentive to green and organic practices, and carefully selecting raw materials to provide vegetarian and vegan options as well.
