Another area of focus to which Farma Industria Ticino contributes its own expertise is vocational training. A commitment which is also based on the constant need to discover and train future co-workers. The Association’s activity in this specific area hinges on the promotion of all the training opportunities which are tied to careers in the sector, and targeted at young people.

 

In particular, Farma Industria Ticino organizes introductory courses aimed at young people who are serving apprenticeships in the professions of chemical laboratory technician, biology laboratory technician and preparatore chimico tecnico. In this way young apprentices have the opportunity to be guided and helped in their daily experiences by a series of trainers who, thanks to their own current work experiences in the field, are able to adapt and apply their knowledge in a way which is closely tied to workplace demands.
