Once again visitors were surprised to discover that in such a small area (the Canton of Ticino in southern Switzerland has only 400’000 citizens) operates the third largest pharma cluster in Switzerland with 27 member companies and almost 3’000 employees.

Several of the associates were present around the Piazza Ticino with their own booth.

Other member companies were using the FIT booth as meeting point: APR, IBSA, Zambon.

Highlight of the three days where the presentation of the Ticino Economical Division representative together with the FIT President Giorgio Calderari during the showcase on Tuesday (see also this link with the interview), followed by a happy networking event in the Piazza with typical food and drinks from our region.
